Cost: The registration fee is USD 3,900, which includes course materials downloads and lunch for 6 days, but not accommodation.

Accommodations: The course venue is close to the centre of Stockholm and there are a number of hotels in the area. However, this is a busy time of year in Stockholm and if you intend to attend the course it is recommended that you book your hotel soon.
